International Customer Service Representative – Airline Process

Location: Gurgaon

Shift: 24/7 Rotational (5 Days Working, 2 Days Off)

Transport: Both-Side Transport Provided

Compensation:

· Freshers (Graduates): Up to ₹26,000/month

· Experienced: Up to ₹29,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Airline Process team.

In this role, you'll be the voice of the airline—assisting customers over the phone with their travel-related inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and changes, ensuring every interaction is smooth, efficient, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and accurately.

· Provide timely and precise information to customers.

· Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations.

· Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.

· Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For

· Minimum Bachelor's degree / Undergraduate (any stream).

· Prior customer service experience (BPO or similar) preferred.

· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong ability to handle queries and complaints professionally.

· Proficient computer skills and good typing speed.

· Strong call handling etiquette and customer-first mindset.
