Praxis specializes in Central Reservations Systems (CRS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and Internet Distribution Systems (IDS), enhancing services through voice, email, and chat processes to generate market intelligence and lead generation. Established in 2012, Praxis optimizes revenue for over 7000 hotel rooms daily and is led by Founder CEO Ravish Swarup.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Expert for the Air India Process at Praxis Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Gurgaon. The Customer Service Expert will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support through phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, the role will require maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and addressing customer concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer concerns promptly
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
