Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an entry-level Customer Service Expert located in Gurugram, India. The Customer Service Expert will handle customer inquiries, deliver exceptional customer support, and ensure customer satisfaction through phone and other communication channels. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, resolving issues, maintaining high standards of service, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and ability to build positive interactions
  • Effective Phone Etiquette skills to handle call-based interactions professionally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
