Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating leads for potential franchisees, building strong relationships with prospects, and managing franchise sales processes. Key tasks include developing business plans, conducting presentations, negotiating franchise terms, and managing successful onboarding. The role involves a dynamic approach to expanding MannuBhai's franchise network.
Qualifications
- Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising with a proven track record of success
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Lead Generation to identify and secure new franchise opportunities
- Exceptional Communication skills for building relationships and negotiating terms effectively
- Ability to think strategically and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
