About the Role

The Franchise Service Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with franchise partners, ensuring operational standards, training, service quality, performance monitoring, and business growth support. The ideal candidate should have experience in franchise operations, client servicing, and business coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and franchise partners.
  • Ensure all franchise outlets follow brand guidelines, service standards, and operational SOPs.
  • Conduct regular franchise audits, performance evaluations, and improvement planning.
  • Support franchise owners in day-to-day operations and resolve escalation issues promptly.
  • Provide product/service training and process updates to franchise staff.
  • Monitor sales performance and assist franchisees in achieving revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR) for franchise support.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, franchise agreements, compliance, and renewal processes.
  • Plan periodic review meetings and operational visits to franchise locations.
  • Identify gaps and recommend training or process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree / MBA preferred.
  • 2–6+ years of experience in Franchise Operations / Business Development / Client Servicing.
  • Strong communication & relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple franchise accounts and resolve operational challenges.
  • Basic understanding of service operations, sales performance, and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel for franchise visits (within region).
