Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Manager (Franchise). The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving franchise sales, developing franchise partnerships, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential franchisees, conducting presentations, negotiating agreements, and managing relationships with franchisees. The role also involves strategic planning, market research, and collaborating with teams to ensure the success of the franchise network.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Franchise Sales, and Negotiation Skills
  • Strategic Planning and Market Research abilities
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Relationship Management Skills
  • Knowledge of the home services or similar industries is an advantage
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and effectively manage time and resources
