Assistant Manager/ Senior Associate - Customer Relationship

Location: Head Office, Gurgaon

Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We're looking for a curious and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Associate who will

support the Customer Insights Lead in reaching out to pet parents, organising feedback, and

preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

● Conduct and document 1-on-1 calls, surveys, and feedback sessions

● Organize data in dashboards and trackers

● Help maintain weekly and monthly insight reports

● Tag and categorise feedback by themes (product, packaging, experience, etc.)

● Assist with coordination between retail, customer care, product and marketing teams

Qualifications & Skills/What You Need

● 1+ years in research, CX, or community support roles

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

● Friendly and empathetic communicator

● Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, Forms

● Willing to learn and grow with a new function

● Bonus: A love for animals and the HUFT mission
