Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  2. Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Utilize CRM software to track interactions, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  5. Analyze data to measure performance metrics such as query resolution rates, first call resolution rates, etc.
  6. Initiate customer refund follow-up for cancelled or returned orders
  7. Conduct confirmation calls with customers for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to ensure smooth delivery and address any concerns
  8. Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products/services

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Executive role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of CRM Management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in handling customer queries via email support or voice calls.
