Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Gurugram. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing business relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to customer-focused strategies.

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in the construction or scaffolding industry is a plus
