Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive based in Gurgaon. The role involves managing client relationships, handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering strong business relationships. Day-to-day tasks include providing top-notch customer service, addressing client concerns, maintaining effective communication, and supporting clients in their education journey.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong abilities in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients
  • Prior experience in the education or counseling sector is a plus
