Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The day-to-day tasks include managing customer relations, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and implementing strategies for customer retention. The role also involves analysing customer data to improve services, handling customer feedback, and supporting the sales team to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
