Role & responsibilities :

  1. Reservation Management - Process reservation, manage changes and cancellations as per customer requests or airline policies. Ensure accurate data entry and update reservation system with latest information

  2. Customer Service - Handle customer complaints and provide timely and effective solution. Strive to exceed customer expectations.

  3. Collaborative Teamwork Work closely with other departments.

  4. Documentation and reporting Maintain accurate record of customer interactions, reservation and related documents.

Work Hours: Rotational

Dedicated Hours or 24 X7 operations

8:00 A.M. 05:00 P.M.

11:00 A.M. 08:00 P.M.

02:00 P.M. 11:00 P.M.

11:00 P.M. 08:00 A.M. (For Male members only)

Transport: Option to use airconditioned cars for pick up and drop to residence or transport allowance in lieu

  5. Flexible to work in shifts.
