Sky2Sea Travels is looking for a Ticketing Assistant to join our dynamic travel operations team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Galileo and Amadeus GDS systems and a solid understanding of both domestic and international ticketing processes.

Key Responsibilities
:

Handle air ticket bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds for domestic and international sectors.

Provide accurate fare quotations and issue tickets using Galileo & Amadeus.

Coordinate with airlines and clients for schedule changes and travel-related queries.

Maintain proper documentation and records of issued tickets.


• Requirements
:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in airline ticketing.

Proficiency in Galileo and Amadeus (mandatory).

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently.
