Job Description:

The Ticketing Audit Executive will be responsible for validating all previous day's bookings to ensure accuracy and compliance before final processing. The role involves cross-verifying booking details in 
AMADEUS
 and 
SABRE
 with entries in the company's 
CRM system
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review all previous day bookings to confirm they are 
    issued correctly and on time
    .
  • Cross-check 
    GDS (AMADEUS/SABRE)
     bookings with 
    CRM data
    .
  • Validate accuracy in:
  • Passenger 
    names
  • Itinerary and flight segments
  • Class of service
    , 
    fare type
    , and 
    baggage allowance
  • Identify and report discrepancies to the concerned ticketing agent or team lead.
  • Maintain a daily 
    QC report
     and ensure timely resolution of errors.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in 
    AMADEUS
     and 
    SABRE
     GDS.
  • Strong understanding of airline fares and ticketing procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
  • Prior experience in a travel or ticketing environment preferred.
  • Team Player and Open for Flexible Shift Timings
  • Experience working with an OTA (Online Travel Agency), preferably with a USA point of sale, will be an added advantage.
