About the Role

IGT is hiring Customer Service Associates for a well-known airline.

This is a voice process where you will assist passengers with flight-related queries and provide resolution over calls.

What You Will Do

  • Handle inbound customer calls for the process.
  • Assist with reservations, cancellations, and flight information
  • Provide excellent customer experience on calls
  • Work in rotational shifts (24/7 support)

Eligibility

  • Good English communication
  • 12th pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
  • Freshers welcome
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts
  • Ready to join immediately (preferred)
  • Must be open for voice process
  • Candidates from Delhi NCR only
