About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive IT Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and promoting IT services/products through outbound calling. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and strong follow-up abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services and solutions.
  • Identify and generate new leads through calling, online research, and follow-ups.
  • Explain services clearly, answer client questions, and understand their requirements.
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team and maintain a high conversion rate.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with daily call logs, lead information, and follow-up details.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software, or tech products (training will be provided).
  • Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to handle objections.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Prior telesales or inside sales experience (IT sales experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with lead generation platforms and calling tools.
