The Opportunity
This is a key, target-based role where your performance directly translates into your earnings. We offer a competitive fixed salary plus excellent performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads primarily through
cold calling
and proactive client outreach. - Effectively present and promote our cutting-edge Digital Marketing, Website Development, and App Development services.
- Achieve and exceed challenging monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client data and follow-up reports using CRM tools.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue.
Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree (Any Stream). - Experience:
1–2 years in B2B telesales or digital marketing sales is essential. - Skills:
Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills. - Track Record:
Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets. - Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
