Experience Required:

  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales / real estate sales support preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads
  • Explain property details, project features, and offers to customers over the phone
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients
  • Maintain and update CRM records with client interactions and follow-ups
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into site visits
  • Professional grooming and positive attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
