Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in the Mohali district. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and converting leads into sales. The role includes providing excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and offering support. The executive will also need to effectively communicate the benefits of our services and follow up on inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Proven Lead Generation and Sales abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in a telesales or similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Shift Timings: 7:30pm to 4:30am (night Shift)
