Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic Tele Sales Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote our IT services, generate leads, and convert potential clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in pitching services, and a strong desire to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update client information in CRM.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams for lead conversion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele sales or inside sales (IT/Software preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic understanding of IT services will be an added advantage.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
