Acute boasts of its Large Franchisee Network of More than 2500 Professionals into the field of Taxation, Commerce, Accountancy, Compliance & Registrations spreaded over 400 Locations including Tier-I, II and III cities and towns of India. Since its establishment in 2014, It has expanded into the horizons of multifarious business verticals. The Franchisee and Distribution Network of Acute constitutes Chartered Accountants, Cost & Work Accountants, Advocates Taxation, Tax Practitioners, other Tax Consultants and Professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
· Explain products/services to customers and handle queries effectively.
· Maintain and update customer databases.
· Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.
· Handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
· Record feedback and report to the team leader/manager.
· Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
· Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer support executive preferred.
· Excellent communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi].
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
