Qualification: MBA / Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on interview performance)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and corporates for property valuation services.
  • Generate new business leads and explore opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical/valuation engineers) to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable valuation solutions.
  • Maintain client databases, prepare proposals, and assist in negotiations.
  • Visit client offices and project sites when required.
  • Assist in drafting business reports, MIS, and presentations for management review.
  • Ensure business development activities align with company objectives and compliance standards.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate/property valuation will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time
