As a Franchise Assistant Manager, you will drive business growth by attracting investors and expanding QnQ Pharmacy's franchise network across Tamil Nadu. This role involves presenting the business model, negotiating franchise agreements, and building strong investor relationships. Extensive travel within Tamil Nadu is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract franchise investors.
- Present the QnQ Pharmacy business model convincingly to prospects.
- Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements.
- Support and engage franchise investors post-onboarding.
- Leverage existing networks to generate leads and secure partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and devise expansion strategies.
- Travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in business development or investor relations.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with FICO, FOFO, FOCO, and COCO business models.
- Ability to analyze markets and build lasting relationships.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹32, ₹35,000.00 per month
