Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Franchise Manager to oversee franchise operations in Chennai and its neighboring cities, including Coimbatore, Madurai, and Villupuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing franchise relationships, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving business growth in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support existing franchise partners in Chennai and neighboring cities to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities in Coimbatore, Madurai, and Villupuram, conducting market research and feasibility studies.
- Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, including terms, conditions, and financial arrangements, in collaboration with senior management.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to franchisees, including product knowledge, operational guidelines, and marketing strategies.
- Monitor franchise performance and provide guidance and assistance to optimize operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement strategies to support franchise growth and expansion.
- Conduct regular site visits and franchise meetings to assess performance, address issues, and foster strong relationships with franchise partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in franchise management, business development, or a related field, preferably in the retail or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing franchise relationships and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in the specified regions (Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Villupuram) is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
