Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing franchise sales, developing business plans, and ensuring smooth execution of the franchising process. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential franchisees, presenting business opportunities, negotiating franchise agreements, and maintaining ongoing communication with franchise partners to ensure success and growth.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Franchise Sales, Franchising, and Lead Generation
  • Experience in Business Planning and developing growth strategies
  • Strong Communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in the QSR industry or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a similar role.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding franchise sales targets.

· Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of franchise business models and sales processes.

· Ability to manage multiple prospects and effectively close sales.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to achieve business growth.

· Fluency in English and Local Language.

· Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
