Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inbound Lead Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Inbound Lead Manager will be responsible for managing incoming leads, analyzing data to understand customer needs, and working closely with sales and operations teams to ensure effective conversion of leads into opportunities. The role also includes providing exceptional customer service, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Experience : 5+ Years
Proven experience of working with IT Service,
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess lead data and identify patterns
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Operations Management and the ability to coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion
- Proven Sales experience to drive revenue and achieve targets
- A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the technology or IT services sector is a plus
