Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated
Business Development Professionals / Teams
who can
generate consistent sales and revenue from Upwork
. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of handling agency accounts, submitting winning proposals, and closing high-ticket projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the company's
    Upwork agency profile(s)
    .
  • Identify high-potential projects, draft
    custom proposals
    , and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Maintain strong client communication from initial outreach to deal closure.
  • Develop and implement strategies to
    increase job success score, profile ranking, and visibility
    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Development, Design

Requirements

  • Proven track record on Upwork
    with measurable success (please share your stats).
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in Business Development or Digital Marketing sales.
  • Strong written communication skills (proposal writing, client messaging).
  • Ability to
    independently close deals
    worth $5,000+ monthly.
  • Familiarity with other platforms (Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, LinkedIn) will be an advantage.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
