Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Client Success Manager (CSM) to own and grow revenue from existing client accounts. This is a sales-focused role where you will identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new project initiatives by understanding client needs and proactively presenting tailored solutions.
You will collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Leads to translate business challenges into commercial proposals and ensure clients continue expanding their engagement with Exotica IT Solutions.9:31 am
