Position: Customer Success Executive (CSE) – Voice & Blended Processes
Location: Mohali, India
Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Day Shift)
About the Role
We are looking for dynamic, confident, and fluent communicators to join our team as Customer Success Executives (CSE) for blended and voice processes. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have previously worked on Philippines processes and bring expertise in handling international clients.
The role demands excellent English communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. If you can speak/understand Filipino, that will be a major plus
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries across voice and blended processes with professionalism and empathy.
- Engage with clients from the Philippines process, ensuring cultural sensitivity and communication clarity.
- Provide first-level support for client issues and escalate complex concerns where necessary.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage daily shift responsibilities (7 AM – 3 PM) with punctuality and commitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in blended & voice processes (international BPO/Philippines process preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure with a calm approach.
- Knowledge of/ability to communicate in Filipino (preferred, not mandatory).
- Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
