What the role involves
Reaching out to potential clients on LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Creating interest around our services — AI/ML, SaaS development, MERN stack, mobile apps, cloud solutions, and cyber security.
Converting leads into meetings and meetings into long-term relationships
Working with our tech team to shape proposals, solutions, and pitch decks
Managing a proper sales pipeline and keeping track of conversations
What we're hoping you already know
2–5 years in business development or IT sales
Confident communication (calls, meetings, follow-ups, everything)
Comfort with basic tech terms — AI, APIs, cloud, apps, dashboards
Ability to understand a client's problem and translate it into a solution
A natural knack for networking and building trust
