Role Description
This is a full-time, travel intensive role for a Regional Sales Manager at Deshraj Cable Industries. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue and market-share goals. The role involves managing and mentoring a sales team, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities and markets for the company's products. Additional duties include analyzing market trends, preparing monthly sales reports, collaborating with internal departments to meet client needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including sales planning, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Experience in market analysis, client relationship management, and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Knowledge of the electrical cable industry, including product specifications and market dynamics, is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership and team management skills to mentor and oversee a team of sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required to establish and maintain client relationships.
