Director of Sales – Resort Hotel

  • Lead and manage the hotel's sales strategy to maximize room, banquet, and event revenue.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event planners.
  • Oversee the performance of the sales team and ensure high productivity and motivation.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and packages.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a strong market position.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Drive business growth through innovative sales initiatives and partnerships.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through effective client relationship management.
  • Represent the resort at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70, ₹100,000.00 per month
