About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead the operations of our Hotel cum Marriage Resort. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day hospitality functions, manage events (particularly weddings and large gatherings), ensure excellent guest satisfaction, and drive profitability while maintaining high service standards.

This role requires a blend of hotel management expertise and event coordination skills, as the property caters to both leisure travelers and large-scale marriage functions.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management

  • Oversee daily operations of rooms, banquets, F&B outlets, housekeeping, and front office.
  • Ensure seamless check-in/check-out experiences and high guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards across the property.
  • Coordinate with different departments (kitchen, housekeeping, events, accounts, etc.) for smooth functioning.

Event & Wedding Management

  • Manage end-to-end operations of weddings, receptions, and large social events hosted at the resort.
  • Coordinate with clients, wedding planners, decorators, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.
  • Supervise banquet staff and ensure high service standards during events.

Financial & Business Development

  • Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and maximise revenue across rooms, banquets, and restaurants.
  • Implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and banquet bookings.
  • Develop packages and promotional campaigns to attract weddings, conferences, and leisure guests.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain service excellence.
  • Motivate and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
  • Handle conflict resolution with professionalism.

Guest Relations & Quality Assurance

  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with repeat and VIP clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
  • 5–10 years of experience in hotel management, preferably with exposure to wedding/event resorts.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of hospitality software (PMS, POS, Banquet Management Systems).
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during major events.

Compensation & Benefits
