  • Lead overall sales operations for the adventure park, resort, banquet hall, and restaurant.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and brand presence.
  • Focus on boosting corporate, MICE, and group bookings across all business verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event planners.
  • Drive banquet and restaurant sales through tie-ups, promotions, and corporate events.
  • Oversee team performance, training, and motivation to achieve set sales targets.
  • Identify and tap into new markets and business opportunities.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns and seasonal offers to enhance visibility.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead in the hospitality segment.
  • Collaborate with operations and F&B teams for seamless event and guest delivery.
  • Manage pricing, packages, and negotiations for corporate and social bookings.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business growth presentations.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction, repeat business, and positive brand reputation.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in hotel/resort/adventure park sales, including corporate and banquet segments.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a result-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70, ₹90,000.00 per month
