**Business Development Associate**

**Designation**:Business Development Associate

**Travel required**: Extensive

**Salary : 12-35k**

**Job Purpose**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing & Business Development Associate to drive sales and marketing initiatives for Sanchi Star Hotel, specifically focusing on our Deewanganj location, This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the hotel industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, and individual customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Generate leads and convert them into bookings through effective sales techniques and follow-up
- Manage and update the hotel's online presence, including the website and social media channels.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement

**Required Experience**
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of the hotel industry, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The base location for working will be Mandideep location at DECG International head office

Pay: ₹15,667.73 - ₹35,028.04 per month
