Title: Assistant Manager- AllianceLocation: South MumbaiRoles and Responsibilities:Play an integral role in new business pitches and oversee the smooth onboarding of new clients. Take full responsibility for achieving monthly sales targets (MOM) and ensure consistent revenue growth. Generate revenue through strategic tie-ups with FMCG brands and explore innovative branding opportunities within F&B outlets.

Monitor and track growth of FMCG MRP tie-ups, analysing monthly performance metrics. Manage and expand the alcohol brand portfolio, ensuring menu alignment and SKU updates across regions as per brand deals. Review, develop, and implement marketing and branding strategies for us across all India properties.

Focus on both client retention and new business acquisition to expand the brand portfolio. Deliver on business outcomes through strong partnerships, alliances, and agency/vendor management. Build an effective annual marketing plan with budgeting, and review it quarterly for optimization.

Create and amplify our brand visibility using PR, advertising, digital platforms, and other innovative marketing channels. Identify and leverage branding opportunities via media, retail collaborations, and third-party partnerships. Collaborate on the launch of new outlets or brand initiatives across the country.

Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients for seamless execution of campaigns and partnerships. Handle complete partnership documentation and ensure a smooth transition of partner management to the respective teams. Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of FMCG or Alcohol industry dynamics.

Excellent communication and client handling skills. Strategic thinking and revenue-focused mindset. Marketing strategy development and execution.
