Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alliance Development:

  • Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships with financial institutions, fintech platforms, wealth managers, and other strategic partners.

  • Build and implement collaborative go-to-market strategies with partners to drive business goals.

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for high-value institutional clients and alliance partners.

  • Conduct regular reviews and performance meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

  • Revenue & Growth Enablement:

  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in collaboration with partners.

  • Monitor partner performance and contribution to business growth.

  • Coordination with Internal Teams:

  • Liaise with product, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements.

  • Facilitate partner onboarding, training, and support.

  • Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership models in stock broking and financial services.

  • Prepare and present reports on alliance performance and KPIs to senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 35 years of experience in alliance management, institutional sales, or relationship management within stock broking, BFSI, or fintech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, trading platforms, and investment products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with brokerage APIs, partner onboarding platforms, and digital engagement tools.
  • Proven experience working with RIAs, sub-brokers, or investment advisors.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of achieving growth targets through alliances.
