About the Role

We are looking for a
Retail Sales and Marketing
to manage and grow sales in our
retail outlets
. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, energetic, and have prior experience in
store operations, inventory management, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day
    store operations
    efficiently.
  • Handle
    inventory management
    and ensure product availability.
  • Execute and manage
    sales campaigns
    to attract and retain customers.
  • Drive
    sales growth
    and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
  • Deliver excellent
    customer service
    and maintain store standards.
  • Provide insights on customer preferences and local market trends.
  • Manage multiple retail stores remotely from HQ after initial training across outlets, with periodic visits as required.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in retail sales/store operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory handling and store management.
  • Experience in running promotional campaigns and achieving sales growth.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
