Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Noida. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, preparing and submitting proposals, maintaining records of all tender documents, and collaborating with different departments to gather necessary information. The role also involves monitoring tender sites, ensuring timely submissions, and following up on submitted tenders to enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience of atleast 2 to 4 years in managing tendering processes and proposal submissions
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to collaborate with different departments and gather necessary information
  • Proficiency in monitoring tender sites and ensuring timely submissions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in FMCG or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields
