KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • End to end Bid management for various RFPs/RFQs/EOIs of Govt/PSU and Corporate clients.
  • Searching tenders from respective PSU Portals, GEM Portals etc.
  • Well experienced in handling GEM Portal, E-Procurement Protal, CPPP etc.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare, review, and edit tender proposals, ensuring they are accurate, comprehensive, and meet all client requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain a well-organized repository of tender documents, templates, and relevant information.
  • Bid Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments/teams to gather the necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all tender submissions comply with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Deadline Management: Manage and prioritize multiple tender submissions, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in tender management or a related role in [industry/sector].
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and tender management software
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
