Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Noida. The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing tender documentation, managing bid processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role will require regular communication with vendors, suppliers, and other partners. The individual will also analyze project requirements, maintain accurate records, and assist in negotiations to secure favorable agreements.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of tender documentation, procurement processes, and contract management
  • Proficiency in analysis, data management, and record-keeping tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office, tender management platforms)
  • Experience in interpreting legal and regulatory requirements related to tenders
  • Educational background in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of the construction, lighting, or electrical services industry is an advantage
