Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive who will be responsible for managing and executing the complete tendering process for both product-based and service-based requirements. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with GeM Portal, tender updates, bid submission, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, track, and evaluate relevant tenders from multiple portals including GeM and e-procurement platforms.
  • Handle end-to-end tender process, including tender search, document collection, bid preparation, and submission.
  • Prepare and upload all tender documentation (technical & financial) accurately within deadlines.
  • Manage bid fill-up, tender queries, corrigendum updates, and client communications.
  • Maintain and update tender records, submission schedules, and MIS reports.
  • Follow up on tender status, results, award information, and post-tender activities.
  • Manage tenders for both product and service categories.
  • Perform daily activities on GeM Portal, including bid participation, catalogue management, and documentation.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of tendering and bid management.
  • Experience in GeM Portal operations (mandatory).
  • Excellent understanding of product-based and service-based tendering.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
