Role & responsibilities
He/ she will implement the Sales strategy for Professional Sales in Region, which includes the target customer segment such as HEALTHCARE & CORPORATES, sales approach, and product assortment.
He/ she will demonstrate and execute the business development in a consultative & DIFFERENTIATED sales approach to the end users via presentations, trials and demo, uncovering pain points, suggesting solutions and closing the Sales.
He/ she will be responsible for developing and building a network of channel partners (new as well as existing), ones that can carry forward the consultative cum differentiated sales approach. 4. He/ she will be constantly help and aggressively enhance the territory in achieving their individual targets by following with channel partners and review their performance from time to time.
He/ she will be responsible for managing the product assortment strategically keeping the end users in mind. This also includes the need to evaluate the potential of New product launches in other FHCS countries, that have a potential to sell in India
Promote the brand presence among the targeted end users.
He/ she will maintain or develop innovative business strategies to motivate the channel partner.
. He/ she will work closely with the sales coordinator & Supply team to ensure seamless flow of material from company to channel partners.
Identify & proposed cost saving initiatives /measures to HOD.
He/ She will get market information and share it among the team e.g. competitor product strengths and weaknesses, new product launches, new product ideas.
Preferred candidate profile
- +10 years experience in B2B Sales
- Post graduate in Management Studies or a strong Sales Background of having achieved targets and awards from time to time such as BEST SALESMAN award.
- Customer appreciation awards
- Customer recognition awards
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English ( must )
