Hiring: IT Helpdesk Executive
Location – Vikhroli, Mumbai
Experience - 1.6 years of IT helpdesk/support experience
Qualification - Any Graduate
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle IT support calls and maintain SLA timelines
- Log, track, and close incidents
- Coordinate with engineers for issue resolution
- Manage maintenance schedules, attendance, and shift adjustments
Requirements:
- Minimum 1.6 years of IT helpdesk/support experience
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware, networking, and ticketing tools
- Any graduate
Location: Vikhroli
