Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager with a focus on IT for our Gurgaon office. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving sales, developing key relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by nurturing relationships with potential clients in the IT sector.
  • Manage and grow key accounts by understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of services to clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in Salesforce CRM.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development initiatives and outcomes to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, Negotiation Techniques, and SaaS Sales Strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM to manage client relationships and sales pipelines effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing Strategies to enhance market presence and lead generation efforts.
  • Experience in conducting Market Research to identify business opportunities and developing strategic plans accordingly.
  • Exceptional Networking and Relationship Building skills to foster long-term connections with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation to drive new business opportunities and sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey ideas and proposals convincingly to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
