Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager with a focus on IT for our Gurgaon office. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving sales, developing key relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by nurturing relationships with potential clients in the IT sector.
- Manage and grow key accounts by understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of services to clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in Salesforce CRM.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development initiatives and outcomes to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, Negotiation Techniques, and SaaS Sales Strategies (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient with Salesforce CRM to manage client relationships and sales pipelines effectively.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing Strategies to enhance market presence and lead generation efforts.
- Experience in conducting Market Research to identify business opportunities and developing strategic plans accordingly.
- Exceptional Networking and Relationship Building skills to foster long-term connections with clients.
- Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation to drive new business opportunities and sales growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey ideas and proposals convincingly to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
