Sales Target Achievement
- Scheduling meeting with inquiry/lead along with technical executive to provide better guidance and best technical solution and need understanding.
- Meeting individuals, professionals and ask reference creating platform for lead generation.
Sales Target Achievement of Team Member
- Reviewing performance of sales team, one to one counselling team for understanding their challenges and guiding to uplift the performance.
- Ensure regular follow-up of inquiry/lead by sales executives and visit if required to convert as deal.
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly target allocation to sales executives and tracking of target achievement.
Lead v/s Conversion Ration of Team Member
- Collating inquiry, visit and conversion report for various business and workforce analysis.
- Support and boost team in conversion of inquiry.
- Counselling staff on weekly basis of their performance status and coaching sales tactics.
On-time Payment by Customers
- Support in outstanding clearance of clients.
On-time Installation of Machine
- Collating of enquiry to deal conversion data and forwarding consolidated sales request to purchase department for order placement.
- Ensure proper documentation support to purchase department and client for timely delivery.
- Ensure and feedback from client regarding on-time machinery installation and machinery operation and inform process for future requirement, consumable and breakdown issue request process.
Disciplinary (Punctuality, Regularity, Documentation, Reporting, Behavior)
- Ensure prepared sales request having all the minute details in it to avoid after sales concerns. (E.g. Machine Code, Additional Attachments, Delivery Date, Installation Date, Payment Terms, Documents Required, Material Can Be Produced, Consumable Credit Limit, Consumable Credit Duration etc.)
- Preparing sales targets, budgets and strategy for team.
- Ensure timely copy provided to accounts department and purchase department by sales team.
- Co-ordination with purchase department for weekly expected machinery delivery plan and inform sales and service team to schedule accordingly for installation.
- Analyzing of most sold product and enquiry source.
- Daily report from sales executive and status of lead understanding.
- Weekly meeting with sales executives to solve out their queries along with technical head for more clarity on customer technical questions and meeting schedules.
- Identifying need of training to sales executives and ensure execution of the same.
