- **Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to improve strategies and tactics.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for business growth.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Keep track of sales progress and update CRM systems.

**Requirements**:

- **Language Skills**: Fluency in **Marathi** and **English** is mandatory.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical information.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
