**Role Overview**

We are seeking motivated and dynamic **Field Sales Executives** to join our team. The role involves direct interaction with potential clients to promote and sell our cutting-edge payroll management solutions. This position offers a lucrative incentive-based structure, allowing you to grow both professionally and financially.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively identify and approach potential clients in the assigned area.
- Present, promote, and sell PagarGuru’s solutions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and keep management informed about market trends and client feedback.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and other activities as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in IT or software solutions (freshers with a passion for sales can also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A self-starter with a goal-oriented approach.
