**Job Overview**:
PagarGuru is looking for driven Field Sales Executives to join our team and help us expand our client base in the IT software sector. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to prospective clients to demonstrate and promote PagarGuru’s software products.
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend the right software solutions.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of PagarGuru.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales or marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and conduct on-site client meetings.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets.
