5sigma IT Private Limited, a leading technology company based in Surat, is currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Executives. This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to grow professionally in the field of sales and business development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities.
- **Client Engagement**: Follow up on leads provided by the company and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential clients.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct online demonstrations and installations of our software solutions to prospective clients, showcasing their functionalities and addressing any queries they may have.
- **Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving set sales targets and objectives within specified timelines, demonstrating a proactive approach towards meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- **Continuous Learning**: Participate in training sessions conducted by team leaders to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional skills.
- **Adherence to Company Policies**: Follow company guidelines and procedures while executing sales activities, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and business practices.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service will be an advantage, but freshers are also encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
